Agriculture In-depth–Scotch Highland Cattle exhibit at SD Hall of Fame

The South Dakota Hall of Fame Visitor & Education Center in Chamberlain has opened an exhibit (June 2023) highlighting the Hall inductees who helped shape the American Highland Cattle Association. Tom McConnell from Balaton, Minnesota, spoke with DRG Media Group News and Farm Director Jody Heemstra about the exhibit and the breed of cattle it features.
