Celebrating Past Inductees with the Anniversary Reunion

Each year at our annual Honors Ceremony weekend we not only celebrate ten new extraordinary individuals being inducted into the South Dakota Hall of Fame, but we also celebrate past inductees whose legacies continue to inspire others. We do this with an Anniversary Reunion. This special event also serves as an opportunity for past dream chasers to greet the new inductees, and welcome a new class into the South Dakota Hall of Fame.

Each Anniversary Inductee or family representative of a deceased inductee, along with their guests, are celebrated during the event. They receive an anniversary pin, along with information on how to continue to add to the inductee’s story of excellence to inspire, mentor, and lead future generations in South Dakota.

Ahead of the 2022 in-person Anniversary Reunion this September, CEO Laurie Becvar, Board Chair Marci Burdick, members of the Board of Directors, and multiple anniversary inductees and representatives got together for a virtual Anniversary Reunion meetup. We are thrilled to have this meetup available for the public to watch at any time on our Youtube Channel.

This virtual meetup is a fantastic way to hear inspiring stories and legacies. We would love for you to join us for the in-person Anniversary Inductee Recognition and Celebration Saturday, September 10, at 2:00 pm CT in Chamberlain South Dakota at the SD Hall of Fame Visitor & Education Center.
